Where do you ship from? 

We prepare and ship our products from various of our warehouses located around the world. Our main warehouses are in North America, Central America and Europe. We are also opening a shipping warehouse in the United Kingdom for faster localized delivery, launching very soon.

What is the shipping cost?

To get the shipping price, add the items you want to your cart and select your country! The shipping cost is determined by your selected items and the shipping companies based on weight and dimensions. We route the orders to our closest facilities to your desired location and package them to ensure the best and lowest shipping prices for you!

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24/48hrs for the link to activate. 

What shipping methods do you use?

We partner with major global carriers to give you the best shipping experience, such as FedEX, DHL, USPS, DPD, and the local carriers of your country!

How long does shipping take? 

Your items will normally arrive between 5-15 days. For more distant locations, it will take between 15-30 days. Transit depends of your unique address location. Due to CV19 some delays might happen. But your order will always arrive! Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. 

Make sure to type your correct address before completing the order.

In the rare case that after 30 days you haven't received your order, contact the shipping company first, they may have your package, gave it to a neighbour or left it outside in a hidden place (bushes, etc.). After you checked with the shipping company and if you weren't able to receive your package, contact us and we will help you and provide a solution!

Do all items in orders always ship together?

There are some products that we will ship separately due to packaging differences (example: wall art will ship in a different protected packaging than clothing). Some products may be manufactured at different locations, so it's possible some of them might arrive separately, but we will always route the orders for the best as possible and optimum delivery!

These products are shipped together, although there might be exceptions due to packaging differences and the type of the product:

- Most of the 100% Organic labelled products for adults, kids and babies(100% organic t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, crop tops, bodysuits, bibs) ship together. Except the organic Eco Bags, and those with different packaging requirements.

- Most of the Fair Trade and Eco-Friendly labelled products (fair trade or eco-friendly t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, wall art, eco bags) ship together, except those with different packaging requirements.

What is the packaging and is it sustainable?

Our facilities are maximizing sustainability and use techniques to minimize waste and practice the best eco-friendly practices. We employ recycled, organic and post-consumer materials. We package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.

Check the product description to know which packaging it includes: some products such as the 100% Organic t-shirts, crop tops, sweatshirts, hoodies, baby bodysuits and bibs are shipped in awesome 100% organic packaging! For other items such as the Fair Trade or Eco-Friendly products, they will be shipped in a white/gray recyclable mailer. 
Larger quantities/orders are packaged into recyclable brown cardboard boxes. Our packaging provides optimum protection for your items!

Everything is recycled and waste is minimized during production in our facilities. Our facilities and raw material sources work with maximum efficiency and sustainable processes to take care of our planet. We are continuously improving our eco-friendly practices and looking to add educational humanitarian leaflets with the products as soon as we can! Please remember to recycle, reuse or repurpose the packaging!

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. In some cases, an item may incur customs fees or a local import tax. The fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value and size. WorldWeCan does not take responsibility for these local fees as they are applied by your local import regulations.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?

Currently it's not possible for our manufacturing centers to search for individual orders and combine them. We apologize for the inconvenience. Although we initially route your orders to our most adequate facilities to ensure the best shipping prices for you.
