We are continually improving and expanding our range of eco-friendly products with materials such as: organic cotton, bamboo, hemp, tencel, modal, organic silk and more eco materials! Supporting sustainability to protect mother Earth, our lives and the future of humankind!
What are your t-shirts made of?
From farm to finished product, the entire WorldWeCan t-shirt supply chain is environmentally and socially responsible. In addition, WorldWeCan has a range of t-shirts that are 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton in an effort to protect our waterways from harmful plastic microfibers when washed. They are also officially PETA Vegan approved. And certified by the Fair Wear Foundation. We also have a range of t-shirts which are 100% sustainable cotton, certified by the WRAP organization and Bluesign certified. This means that no sweatshops or child labor is used. Better for the planet, and better for humanity!
Will you be offering Plus Sizes?
Yes! We are 100% inclusive to the core, we support all people of all shapes and sizes! We will be expanding our offering from XS up to 6XL! No matter your shape or form, you are awesome the way you are!
How do I take care of my products to make them last longer?
Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes. Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organize into whites, darks, and colours. The care label washing temperature is the highest permitted temperature. But if you are unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than higher.
Turn the garment inside out and wash cold on gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Do not use fabric softeners, do not bleach or dry clean. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Do not iron decoration. If ironing is required, turn on low heat and iron on reverse side of print.

Prime material growth (ie: cotton growth), assembly (product design and confection), art design (handmade and digital illustrations) and printing (handmade printing), by a growing network of talented professionals, partners and dedicated facilities. International deliveries usually take 15-30 days to arrive, depending on our supplier, your location, and customs controls.
We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. However, we can't be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, major causes, etc.
If you've ordered more than one item, you'll receive your items separately if they come from different of our facilities. Each item has its own tracking code.
How are the shipping costs calculated?
To get the shipping cost, add items to your cart and select your country! The shipping cost is determined by the type of product and the shipping companies based on weight and dimensions. We route the orders to the closest location and package them to ensure the best shipping prices for you!
From what amount can I benefit from Free Shipping?
For orders over 75€ (euros) on clothing products the delivery is free!
What is the packaging and is it sustainable?
Our facilities are maximizing sustainability and use techniques to minimize waste and practice the best eco-friendly practices. We employ recycled, organic and post-consumer materials. Some of our products also come in climate neutral, FSC certified packaging from responsible sources. We package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.
What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
The postman will either try to return or leave a transit advice note in your mailbox inviting you to collect your package at the post office within 15 days. You can also give your local Post Office a quick call with your tracking number to arrange another delivery or to pick it up directly.
My order says it's delivered, but it's not here?
If your tracking number says the item was delivered but you can't find it fear not. This happens from time to time. It is all going to be ok.
Just simply give your local Post Office a quick call and ask them to do an advanced search with your tracking number.
They'll be able to reach out to the delivery person who dropped it off and there is also a good chance they are holding your delivery at the post office for pick up because the address was either unsecure or unable to receive deliveries from the post.
If the advanced search doesn't work don't freak out! It's all going to be ok. Just contact us and we can offer you further assistance.

Each country has different custom rules for imported goods. For this reason, Fresh Hoods cannot hold responsibility over the charges and fees in the destination country. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying those charges as the money from these fees (e.g.: Custom clearance fee) and charges (e.g.: VAT) is going to the government of your country. If your tracking number is showing that the package is stuck at customs, please contact your local post office or the customs. We are sure they will be able to help you! Our humanitarian company's primary goal is the satisfaction of our supporters, this is the reason we offer free shipping over $75 to most of the countries, hence the shipping fee is covered by us!
You will be notified when your order is shipped and if you have any further questions, our customer service will do their best to answer them for you.
In case the package is rejected by the customer or not picked up from the post office therefore the order is returned, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the before mentioned shipping fee since they are no longer eligible to our free shipping policy.

In the rare event that you receive incorrect, misprinted or damaged items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will make sure to get a replacement item shipped out to you as fast as possible!
How do I return a damaged, misprinted or incorrect item?
Instructions:
1) Please inform of the problem by contacting us within 14 days of the receipt of your goods at support@worldwecan.com providing your Name, Order number & Photos of the problem and a brief description.
2) The item has to be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with its unique tag.
The followings are exceptions:
- Damaged (NOT defective) items
- Dirty items
- Items that have been altered
- Items not in their original packaging
Items described on this list of exceptions won't be accepted.
Items that were delivered by us incorrectly, misprinted or damaged will be replaced 100% free of charge for you!
3) You will receive a reply from our team and if the exchange is approved we will organize a priority replacement for you! We will give it priority over normal orders so it arrives faster!
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse prior receiving our confirmation.
Are there any exceptions?
Exceptions:
We cannot accept any claims for faulty goods if they have been used, worn or in any way tampered with and we cannot accept any consequential losses relating to the purchase of these goods.
According to European regulations the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- The supply of goods that are made to order or personalized to the consumer;
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore, as our items are made to order and personalized, WorldWeCan™ reserves all rights about returns at its discretion.
Who covers the shipping cost of a return?
The user will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee in the case of the return of an item.
Depending on the shipping company, the time it may take for your product to reach our facilities, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items, your selected shipping company is the one responsible of the delivery.
Other Reasons for Return
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or addressee unknown, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. We are not able to cover reshipment costs due to address errors, so you will be liable for reshipment costs once you have sent the correct address and we have confirmed the updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and as we are not able to cover reshipments, you will be liable for the cost of the reshipment. If we do not hear from you within 14 days your item will be donated to someone in need!
Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable,

- Downloadable digital products.
- Health and personal care items.
Do you offer exchanges?
Our products are made to order and once we process the order we donate its profits to humanitarian and environmental causes. As our products are made to order and profits donated for charity, we reserve the right to provide exchanges.
But if you truly need to make a size exchange, contact us at support@worldwecan.com, we will review your case and do our best to provide you a solution. Contact us before 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase.

Do you offer refunds?
All our products are prepared and made on demand in our facilities. This means they are made personally for you. Once the orders are processed, profits are donated to our humanitarian and ecological projects and causes (saving children, nature, etc.).
Therefore we are not able to offer refunds after the production has started. If you quickly inform us we may be able to stop production before it starts and issue you a refund.

Who creates the art?
The art is created by the founder Milton Daniel and in collaboration with independent artists around the world! So when you shop at WorldWeCan™, a part of the sales support independent artists!
Can I request a design for another product type?
Yes! The majority of the art is on the Men/Unisex T-Shirts collection. Because that collection is unisex and the most popular choice for men and women. If you want one of the designs on another product type, click here to send us a custom request and we will prepare it for you free of charge!
I am an artist. Can I submit my art?
We work with artists from around the world. And soon we will add an option in our website so artists can upload their designs so we can print them on awesome products, support humanitarian causes and let artists earn a percentage of each sale.
When will the option be available? When we receive enough funds through our Shop and Donations, we will be able to hire web developers to implement it. In the meantime you can help us reach this goal faster by shopping or donating, or simply spreading the word.
