Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24/48hrs for the link to activate.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?

Due to demand it is not possible for our fulfillment center to search for individual orders and combine them. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What happens when I place an order?

1. When you complete an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking number!

2. The ordered products will be delivered within 30 days (usually between 5 and 15 days) from the reception of the confirmation email (subject to a valid payment by the user and the availability of the product ordered).

3. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by you when the order was placed. The delivery of the products will take place during working days (from Monday to Friday and outside holidays).

4. Delivery will normally take place within 3 and 10 business days depending on your address (average times for United States and Europe orders). For more distant addresses, delivery may take up to 13-20 working days or more. In the rare case your products haven't arrived after 30 days, contact us and we will happily assist you.

These deadlines are for information purposes only. They do not constitute a commitment or 100% accuracy. WorldWeCan disclaims any liability in the event of any delay caused by major causes or strikes by the postal services or transport companies.

5. You are required to check all products and their packaging upon receipt.

In particular, the user must refuse delivery if the packaging and products are damaged, products are missing or if the packaging has been opened or repackaged.

Any other anomaly due to the transport company must be inspected immediately by the user and reported on the transport/delivery document to the carrier. The user will have to follow the procedure established by the carrier.

A copy of the findings made by the user will have to be sent to WorldWeCan by e-mail to the address sales@worldwecan.com within a period of three (3) days from the date of delivery of the products.

6. Any other problem related to the products (damaged items, non-conforming products, defective products, etc.) must be notified by the user within 3 days following the delivery of the products, by e-mail to the address sales@worldwecan.com
