1. First: Check the Package before Accepting It

You are required to check all products and their packaging upon receipt.


In particular, the user must refuse delivery if the packaging and products are damaged, products are missing or if the packaging has been opened or repackaged. Keep in mind this is an extremelly rare case (less than 1% of the orders).

Any anomaly due to the transport company must be inspected immediately by the user and reported on the transport/delivery document to the carrier. The user will have to follow the procedure established by the carrier.

A copy of the findings made by the user will have to be sent to WorldWeCan by e-mail to the address returns@worldwecan.com within a period of three (3) days from the date of delivery of the products.

2. Second: Faulty & Incorrect Items

Got a faulty or incorrect item? Contact us We will replace it as fast as possible!

In the rare event that you receive incorrect or damaged goods (less than 1% of the orders), please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your goods. Include photographs of the damage or error. We will make sure to get a replacement item shipped out to you as fast as possible! 

We cannot accept any claims for faulty goods if they have been used, worn or in any way tampered with and we cannot accept any consequential losses relating to the purchase of these goods.

Please inform of the problem by contacting us at returns@worldwecan.com providing your Name, Order number & Photos of the problem and a brief explanation.

- The item has to be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with its unique tag.

You will receive a reply from our team and if the exchange is approved we will organize a priority replacement for you! We will give it priority over normal orders so it arrives faster!


3. Third: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


Returns
You can return the item before 14 days acknowledging the following: because our products are handmade personally for you and the profits donated to humanitarian and environmental projects, we are unable to fully cover the extra costs of production of another size and shipping.

Make sure to check the size guide before completing the order.

We want you to stay happy with us and to continue helping the planet together, so in case you want to exchange sizes we will prepare, print and deliver the new product and send it to you under a big discount/base cost. Remember we have to do this by now because we donate the profits to save the planet and keep growing the movement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacture facilities prior receiving our confirmation!

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on the shipping company, the time it may take for your product to reach our facilities, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items, the shipping company is the one responsible to deliver them.

Other Reasons for Return

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or addressee unknown, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. We are not able to cover reshipment costs due to address errors, so you will be liable for reshipment costs once you have sent the correct address and we have confirmed the updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and as we are not able to cover reshipments, you will be liable for the cost of the reshipment. If we do not hear from you within 14 days your item will be donated to someone in need!

Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable,
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable digital products 
- Health and personal care items 

Exchanges:
Always make sure to check the Size Guide provided within each listing together with the detailed Product Description before placing your order. Remember that our mission is to save the planet and support humanitarian causes. The products are the medium to help these great causes!

If you are not completelly happy with the size you chose, we will manufacture a new product with a big discount/base cost for you. This way you can donate the previous product to someone in need or gift it to a friend, co-worker or a family member. This increases the positive impact and helps us continue our work!

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you an exchange. 

Refunds:
As all our products are manufactured personally for you and we donate the earnings to humanitarian projects, we currently are not able to offer refunds after the purchase. We want you to be happy with us and keep making the world a better place, so we will look for any possible solution at our reach to help you. If you quickly inform us we may be able to stop production before it starts and issue a refund. Send a quick email to refunds@worldwecan.com. Please check everything is right before completing your order to prevent such cases.

We are also looking to invest in warehousing and stocking to offer more exchange options in the future. You can help us invest in warehousing and stocking by making a donation at our crowdfunding campaign. Donating helps children and other powerful humanitarian/environmental projects at the same time, and we prove it with photos and GPS coordinates.
